*****     HOW TO RENT THE CLUBHOUSE     ***** Rental and scheduling of the Clubhouse is managed by the Clubhouse Committee.  To start the rental process please call the Clubhouse (898-1095) when one of our attendants is on duty or leave a message on the answering machine.  Calling will put you in line for renting during your desired time period.  Download an application (Application) from this web site, complete the information, prepare a check for the correct amount (Rate Sheet), and drop the package in the paper box at 321 Tides Run.  Deposit and fee must be received within 7 days of request to secure the date you select.  One to two weeks out from your rental date, schedule pre and post inspection dates with an attendant, by calling the Clubhouse.
